    We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder with a proven track record of scaling early-stage startups to significant revenue milestones, specifically over 100 million USD. This pivotal role involves steering our technology strategy, innovating with cloud-based technologies, and managing large-scale datasets to fuel advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a cutting-edge technology strategy that aligns with our vision to transform the brick-and-mortar retail sector.
    • Lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and alignment with our ambitious business goals.
    • Oversee the development of cloud-based infrastructures capable of managing vast datasets, powering our AI-driven retail solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in scaling startups from pre-seed through to generating revenues exceeding 100 million USD.
    • Extensive expertise in cloud computing, big data analytics, and the application of artificial intelligence in transforming industries.
    • Strong track record in intellectual property management, including patents and trademarks, to protect technological innovations.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide technology teams towards achieving extraordinary results.
